put it in 5th then back into reverse.. and you can't possibly stall out trying to go into gear just hold the freakin clutch.00\' firebird v6 5spd<br />201rwhp ---- 230 rwtq<br />\"Everyday I grow stronger...and further from you.\"<br />WARNING: Do not take any of my comments seriously unless they are technical in nature and then only at your own risk

then you installed something the wrong way if your clutch won't disengage....00\' firebird v6 5spd<br />201rwhp ---- 230 rwtq<br />\"Everyday I grow stronger...and further from you.\"<br />WARNING: Do not take any of my comments seriously unless they are technical in nature and then only at your own risk

Start with the simple stuff first"
What about all the other gears; can you easily get it into gear all them (with the car started)?
Did you get all the air out of the hydrolic lines? If the clutch petal is soft or very easy to push in, then you might not have gotten all the air out of the line.
Are you sure you did not put the clutch on backwards (don't laugh it's easy to do if you do not pay attention, does not really match your problem though)?
Bad synchros are a possibility but if they were good before he pulled the tranny out then they should be fine going back in...
Just from your discription it sounds like you need to bleed the hydrolic line more....Patrick<br />Sick Sixx Member<br /><b>97 Mystic Teal Camaro</b><br />425RWHP @14PSI<br />Old setup:<br />330RWHP @7PSI 13.9 @ 106.6 <a href=\"http://www.fullthrottlev6.com/forums/vbgarage.php?do=view&id=4\" target=\"_blank\">Mods</a>
