it will but you will have to get a different carrier... the 3.73 ring is MUCH thicker than the 3.08
your speedo will also be way off... but i don't think you'll mind because you will have gained a huge "fun to drive" factorComment

correct! somewhat cheaply... you will probably spend over 100 unless you have a hookup somewhere. the options i know of are: PCM reprogram, SLP speedo recalibrator (has to be installed just right), and jet SCU.
