Is there any differences between the transmissions in a 3.4l camaro and a 3.8l camaro other than the bellhousings? Lets say different years like a 1994 3.4l vs. a 1996 3.8l

1st the 93 is the 4l60, the 94 to present is the 4l60E. For the manual its the Borg-Warner T-5 5-speed manual for the duration.
