Hey guys, I just had a prothane transmission mount installed in my car, and it says that it works with our cars with te t=5, but now the transmission sits too low in the car and the shifter hits the console, preventing it from going into second gear.
I only recieved one part- the mount. Was I supposed to get a spacer or something? Has anybody ever had this problem?

The guy at the shop used these rubber insulators. I told him that I need a half inch.
This worked out even better, because it made the sound much lower, but the tranny still doesnt bounce or really even move.
So, i'd say 1/2" of washers.
