It seems like it may be coming from the transmission or where everything mounts up to the back up the motor. J/W has anyone else had probs with a leak like this. Also it only seems to leak when its cold outside and the seals are contracted or whatnot.

Thats probably a Rear Main Seal Leak....
Get under there with a can of Carb Clean and clean all the oil off, start it up and wait until it leaks again, if its coming from the bolt on the oil pan, its the oil pan gasket, otherwise its the rear main.1997 Chevrolet Camaro v6 - 13.8@104MPH

What color is the oil? If it's black or dark brown, it's motor oil, if it's red, it's tranny fluid. If it's a rear main seal leak, lemme know, I'll move this thread to Gen. Tech.
