I think my buddy put the old one on backwards because as soon as it fell off and he put it on i got an abs inop light. well i took the lsd out yesterday and the reluctor ring does not just pop right off or on. my questions is which side of the reluctor ring is supposed to be facing out? the flat side or the side that has a lip? and what do you use to get this da** thing on? andy pics would be helpfull

It's very easy..
You remove the old ring gear.. then the bad reluctor..
Then you slide the new reluctor on from the same side the ring gear went on... On the reluctor wheel on the inner side there is a machined angle which helps slide it on.. you have to use a rubber mallet to kind of tap it on.
