Trans wont shift from 2-3 at WOT

Well, what did I break now??? My car just feels kinda different lately and I don't know why. I always change the fluids. Does anyone else think my trans is cooked???

i have a similar problem with mine, but it didn't start until after i had the tranny rebuilt and had corvette actuator pistons put in. not sure if the pistons are the problem, prolly was a crappy rebuild, or i just really need to have my speedo reprogrammed.
