Ok, i seached and didn't see this answered by anyone, but from what i can understand a "shift-kit" will make your auto car go a little faster since it will shift like a stick. Now here are my questions.
1. Is it just as fast as a stick or a little slower?
2. Does it always go to redline? Or just when you have it WOT?
3. Install price? (average)

Is it fast as a stick, no. What it does is make ur auto shift fast, smoother, and have more positive shifting with out any shift lag. andno ti doesnt not always redline, u can do it ur self itsnot that hard, and if u choose the kit that is controledby ur computer, thatseven easier to put in.

It firms up the shifts. It shifts at the stock shift points, just firmer. Install can be around $150.
