depends on what you want out of it..

The lower the gear, the better the launch. 4:56 would be your best bet. Is your car auto or stick? Do you take it to the track a whole lot? What speeds do you generally drive on the street? These are all considerations when choosing the right gear.

i got mine done pretty cheap for 200
but expect to pay anywhere from 200-500

I wouldn't do 4.10s in a 3.4
I have 3.73s and they are as tall as I would go. 3.73s for an auto and 3.42s for a manual.
