Dont know if anyone has any info or not, but is there a better clutch available for my 96 5 speed. If not do you know where I can get a good deal on a new one? Thanks for the info.

SPEC is the Star clutch previously mentioned. I just had a SPEC Stage 2 installed about a hundred miles ago, I am still in the break-in period so I can't tell you much yet, but I have heard of some 3800's chirping 3rd with this clutch. The customer service at SPEC is incredible, Dave was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to answer all of my questions in depth. I ordered my clutch directly through him and it was at my door in 2 days. The clutch was packaged very nice and looked awsome. I would recommend this company to anyone.

96 3.8l completly base with a 5 spd, i can burn 2nd if i get to top of 1st (like a 4 second "chirp") but it simply will NOT make any noise in 3rd after top of 2nd maybe the yokahama sp? 's i got on there?
