I've got two questions acutally first one is that 2 out of 3 times I park my car the button on the shifter sticks not allowing me to take the key out and then I have to bang on the shifter a bit so that it pops back out, how can I fix this and my second question is that on cold mornings when I try to get my shifter out of park it sticks where I have to use both hands to get it out of park what is causing this and how can I fix it. Thanks for you input

I had the same problem. I basically just took out the pin from the shifter, which leaves it free to slide up and down. When you take it out of park, just silde up a little bit, push button in, and slide back down. Only takes a second to do. Well I don't have a solution for you but my method is a lot easier then using two hands, which I had to do too.-Rick

Bright White \'95 Firebird Convertible 3.4L A4 - Flowmaster American Thunder Cat-back, Zexel Torsen Posi-traction, Black Checkered Stripes, Clear Corners, Misc.
