Would a 2800 stall converter out of an LS1 work in a V6 drivetrain? I think they have the same tranny 4L60E. I found one for $200.

nope. sorry. same tranny different bellhousings and different size TC's. There was a post not too long ago about PI sending 12secv6 a v8 TC instead of one made for a v6 and it not going in.\'01 Mineral Grey SVT Cobra<br />-former F-body owner -
