i had one lightened then sold it cause i was poor. not sure what the result was however, you'd have to ask around.

I was fortunate enough to buy poor man's lightened flywheel (and clutch.. Thanks Deuce ;) ). As soon as I installed the flywheel and clutch it seemed like I noticed faster revs (the engine would rev from 0-5000-0 slightly quicker). That, however, may just be all in my head, I need to compare to a 96-97 f-body with similar mods. I didn't really notice any increase in power/accelleration, but it was hard to tell since my car had been apart for about 3 weeks.
