Grinding Noise

Hey Guys,
When I had my Vigilante converter put in, I would always here these grinding noises. It seemed like it would not lock up or anything.
Then when I had my stock converter put back in everything was back to normal. So I sent it back to precision industries for repair. But now they are telling me that after an inspection they could not find anything wrong with it.

Any ideas?? Is my tranny messed up??

Whisper Lid, SLP CAI, KN Filter, 3\" HiFlo Carsound Cat, full 3\" mandrel-bent piping, Flowmaster 80s, Casper O2 Sim, BM Tranny Cooler, Vigilante 3300 Torque Converter, Corvette Servo, 3.42 gears, SLP take-off LSD, Manual Fan Switch, & 160 Thermostat.

Could something be up with the tranny fluid? Should I flush it before I get the torque converter reinstalled?? or after??
