So when I am moving in forward and press in the clutch, even if I am moving slow, the reverse always wants to grind, it does it sometimes shifting into it while at park. Ideas of what this is and what it would take to fix?

There's nothing to fix....it's normal. Caused by the lack of a syncro for reverse. To avoid it: come to a stop, shift into 5th, then straight into reverse.

hehe I used to do it this way then when I had tranny problems and it still grinded, I used to go 1st, 4th, 5th reverse woudl work. But whats funny is no my tranny is in good conditon and I do 1st, 5th then reverse... just becuase it feels natural. I also still double clutch going into 1st at a stop.

Just all natural habits I picked up my old car.

              yeah the 5th-reverse works
but if after you do that and it still is hard to put it into reverse i let out the clutch in neutral and push it back in and repeat....no grinding
