The poly trans mount I got looks slightly different from the rubber piece. Will it fit perfectly or do I need to make adjustments? Did anyone have to put grease on it?

I have an es tranny mount. Fit fine after I cut away some metal from the stock mounting hole in the crossmember, but it did lower the shifter a little bit so I shifft into the console.

On my 1-2 WOT shift I get this BAM! and something hits just below the shifter. I hope it's the mount.

either mount or possibly torque arm bushing may be cracked or something and that could be causing the clunk... just another idea.. no way to tell without getting under there and looking
