    HELP! will the slp lsd fit these gears......?

    ok, im planning on getting the strange pro street 3.42 gears (for 2 series carrier) from thunderracing.com. will the lsd found here:
    http://www.slponline.com/view_produc...TNUMBER=64501T
    fit my new gears fine? right now i have the stock 3.08 gears. i dont know if it matters which series carrier i have for the lsd or not. PLEASE HELP, im so confused! thanks!!!!

    Nope it will not work. The LSD is for a series 3 carrier set of gears. The series 2 carrier will not fit. Thunderracing should have a set of 3.42's for a 3 series carrier for you to get.

      just a question. if you get 3.42 rear gears from the factory, is it a 3-series carrier or a 2-series carrier?

        3.42's from the factory should be 3-series.

          well crap :( . what all do i need to move up to a 3 series carrier??? do i just need a reluctor ring? if so where can i get one?
