I love my car to death except for one thing. It is an automatic. I have never owned an automatic before and i have only had this car for about a month so I dont know much about the best drive options yet. I have all the regular drive options plus over drive. When racing which is the best drive option to be in, or should i do it manually? This is definately something I need to figure out asap. Also, do those transmission stiffener kits i see for $50-100 really work well or are they a gimmick? Oh Oh and one more thing, if I were to get a b&m racing shifter what would I do about overdrive because they only have 3 gears instead of 4?

Keep it in "D", don't shift manually, the Transgo shift kits with a Corvette/Super servo work really well.

Don't shift manually. Put it in overdrive (I'm pretty sure)

Yes. Stiffer shifts.
