what should I get done?

Level 3- Street / Strip - "Extremely Hard Shifts!"

Specifications:Same As Level 2, Plus: Heavy Duty Sunshell, Pump Upgrades, Vaccum Modulated Pressure Control, Full Transgo Valvebody
I also want to put in a high stall TC, while all this is getting done, but have no idea what to go for. Stock cam at the moment, but in the spring I hope to do heads and a WickedSix's (or something close) cam. What TC (stall) would work decent in both applications and not cost $700. What brand and place to order do you recommend? I dont see much listed on any sponsors websites.
