Do the traction control systems have 4 channels as apposed to the standard 3 channel? By channel I mean independently controlled wheels. On ABS cars, there is a brake line form the ABS/Brake unit for the front passenger side, front driver side, and rear. Both rear wheel are actuated off of one line. On a four channel system, do the rear brakes each have there own line? If that is the case, you would have to fabricate a new hookup in the rear. I do know that the sensors for the wheel speed are in different places. That could cause some issues as well. The ABS cars have one centrally mounted, while the TCS cars have one at each wheel.
I don't know if that would be it however, because that problem doesn't seem significant enough to prevent usage. You would just need to swap lines from your old rearend. If someone with a traction control car would look at their setup it could help :D
