I want to swap out my 3.4L V6 engine with a 3.8L V6 engine. Might anyone know of how difficult this might be and whether it's really worth all the trouble...if there is any.
I'm probably going to be giving this car to my son in the next year or so and I'm not real comfortable with putting a V8 in it...to many mods. to much $.
Any knowledge provided is appreciated.

Glad that wasn't directed to anyone else on the board.
Tranny will bolt up to new engine, and you get that much more power, and you could always sell the 3.4 to some of teh Third gens looking to upgrade ;)
edit: yeah, wrong forum but at least a tranny question was answered ;)
