  • What kind of hp do you think a stock clutch can hold up to?

    exactly what the titles says...


    how much hp can a stock clutch hold up to? mainly a 2000 clutch...

    i'd say about 300ish torque.. cause even people with a 75 shot need a new clutch after spraying a couple times. and same with blown people and turbo peeps

      the way my car is now it wont hold a 3500 RPM launch on drag radials...i MIGHT have 220-230hp at the crank

        How many miles do you have?

        I had some troubles as well, but not all the time jsut on one or two of the 102 shift launches...

                i have an A4.....should i have to worry about this problem? mines a 2000 too

                            Mine won't hold 7(+ish) psi at the top of the RPM range. I'm putting in a SPEC Stage III (3).

                              Mine wont take 7 psi of supercharger, and it only has 30 thousand on it.
