    i did a search and didn't find much

    should i go with the spec or the centerforce???
    for 500 RWHP(est) ???????????????

    probably a spec stage 4...the centerforce DF wont hold that much power...

      I'd say try a stage 3 for the driveability -- switching to a non-sprung hub can be a pain on the street, though I don't have experience with a non-sprung. A 3 should just about hold all of that. But then I'd say your tranny will go next, and the rear maybe.

        The best would obviously be a SPEC Stage 5 clutch. Realistically though, I would suggest a SPEC Stage 3.

              There's no written rule that says they do. Alot of it will depend on the driver, road conditions, and even weather conditions where you drive. I'm a good way past 300rwhp and have no issues with my tranny at all.

                ehh.. if you bust a trany they are cheep to replace.. t5's are not that expensive to rebuild.. that or get your hands on a "worldclass t5z" DROOOOOOLLL....

                dont sweat the tranny..

                  thanks every one the spec stage 3 says 680 hp or 700 hp with ceamic disk, ill go with that,

                  if i get 680 hp i better get role bar, 5 point harness ect ect too !!!!!!

                    ill worry about the tranny when it take a dump lol any one know were to get a good tranny at? or mine rebiult?

                      ummm.. check out your local automatic transmission shop.. or performance automatic shop..

                      most of them will do performance manual tranny rebuilds also..

                      basicly.. tell them you want the hopped up mustang parts in your tranny..
