I beg to differ. I had the clutch for about 2 years and 20k miles but I never pushed any real power to really be able to hurt it until now and it didn't hold.

I pulled the clutch out and it didn't look bad at all, it was in great condition actually, plenty of pad still left. but the burnt clutch dust was all over the ****ing place on my tranny.

Hmmm, I dont know much, but when I see a 5th gear pull on the freeway in Tiagos car zip the tach all the way to 5500 and we're not moving any faster id say the centerforce is slipping.
It was pretty fun to watch (and videotape) hopefully we can find the vid here somewhere. I have a ceterforce, its worked a lot better than the stocker, but I KNOW it couldent handle the measly 400 RWTQ Tiagos car puts down. Its pretty lame to automatically blame the two centerforce failures on this site alone as "DEFECTS" instead of trying to see what really happened. Im sure one might have been, but there is nothing wrong with Tiagos old centerforce, its in the garage right now and looks like it could be reinstalled. Make your own decisions but if you want to hold a lot of power and maybe sacrifice a little driveability find something other than the centerforce. I still like mine fine for daily driving.

AMMperformance is a good company.. I bought my Maft+ from them and it came quickly.. The only complaint I have is its taking a long time for my H beams to be made.. But thats mostly Manley's fault..

I like spec clutchs.. I have driven the Virus 2 years ago and did like the DF too.. I just went with spec becuase I got my stage 3 for 260 brand new..

After tearing up several performance clutches in our 83 S10 blazer 4x4(94 3.4 drivetrain)I went to the CF DF. Its been about 7 yrs now with 4x4 playing in the mud and its still strong.I just wish they would supply one that was same diameter as the stock 4x4 was.
