How the heck do you get the top bolt off on the clamp for the 2 pc driveshaft?? I'm swaping to an alum. shaft, part of a complete rear end swap, and can't seem to figure out how to get the top bolt off of the clamp.

it took me a while... i ended up laying flat on my stomach and then reaching up over the driveshaft with my right hand (which i used to crank) and then putting my left arm under and around the driveshaft to support the socket on the bolt head. what a PITA -

that might work i guess, but the center bearing (what you are calling the clamp) is mounted to the trans tunnel.Comment
