Will this bolt up? Some people have said yes, while others say ill need to make a custom brace / adapter to get the bellhouseing to fit? Any help is appreciated.

the auto 350's and the 207s both used the same tranny but different bellhouseings...you will have to get a different houseing or new tranny -
Even if it bolts right up with the 5spd manual tranny, you'll get "snap crackle pop" out of it.
The old 350's never came with a 5spd b/c the B&W 5spds couldn't handle the power of it.
