Im trying to use sea foam and my brake booster line seem to be stuck... can't even move the hose out atleast little bit. any suggestions???

once the clamp is removed, try twisting the line with a pair of pliers. Normally, the rubber line binds to the plastic housing over time and is a beatch to remove. If twisting doesn't work, spray some WD-40 on the end of the rubber hose where they are connected and wait awhile, then try again. It'll come off eventually, but it'll take some grunt.

You could also try prying the edge of it a little with a screwdriver if there's anything to push against. That's what I usually do and it loosens the hoses up pretty good.
