ever since i puyt my new cam in, the car won't go into lock-up. i don't know what the deal is.. it's not the converter, cause i works sometimes.. also when it does go into lock-up it comes out with ease. all the gears shift fine and the tranny feels good. this doesn't happen all the times. what is going on with my tranny. could the new cam have something to do with this.

there is a lock up solenoid that handle the lock up procedure. that might have gone bad but i doubt it. more than likely the converter or tranny. -
the converter is fine, if it locks up just once, then the converter is fine.. i think it's due to the new cam. maybe my torque curve is totally different and there is something going on.
the tranny will lock up, but not all the time.Comment
