ok, so i've heard of guys throwin in a v8 rear end instead of a lsd/ gear combo.
is this effective? how hard would it be?
i have 3.08's and want them out!!! what are some of my options?? is the rear end swap one of them?

well as u know, 3.42 LSD is very popular and effective....im happy w/mine, although im kinda wishin i woulda gone w/ 3.73's, but im happy w/my gas mileage (still like 29 on the hiway, 18 in town w/a heavy foot)u will love whatever u get, 3.42;s are a good all aroudn choice, id be worried about 3.73s in the rain, theyd spin like a mofo...rear end swap would be good if u dont have discs in the rear, make sure u get one out of a manual car, otherwise if its auto, ud get 3.23s or even 2,73s...
