  • Replacing clutch?

Would it be ok to replace just the clutch disc? Or is it required to replace the pressure plate also? My clutch is about a year old, still in good shape I just wanted to replace it with a spec star stage 3. But I noticed if I buy just the clutch disc it will be cheaper. What do you guys recomend?

Do the whole kit if you don't you will regret it later or just drive your current till it goes then replace it.

        Mike,

I just got my clutch from Autozone. Supposed to be stronger than OEM, and it was $199.00. Also, it is a BRAND NEW clutch set, not Remanufactured as some places sell. It included the disc, pressure plate, Throw out bearing, and alignment tool. I should have it installed by tonite, I'll let everyone know how it works out.
