  • clutch problem?

Recently my clutch has been kinda actin up. When i usually get in the car in the morning there is alot of play in the clutch before it engages or in other words its not giving as much resistance as it is supposed too. However, after a bit of driving it usually returns to its original state. Is this a warning sign of some kind? My friend suggested it might be an air bubble in the clutch line and just to bleed it out?

well, i bought the car last august from a Honda Dealership with 78k on her. I have no idea when the last time they were bled. Other than this recent problem, the car has been fine and there are no other complaints about the clutch.

next time it happens, pump the clutch, all the way to the floor, than all the way back up ( in neutral of course )then if that helps bleed the system, either way you should bleed the system. i had to replace my clutch master cylinder, i had NO pressure at all the clutch sat on the floor. after that i had to bleed it like 5 times to get normal pressure.
