Thinking about getting one, I like the idea of reusing the stock knob, and I've heard it's a serious improvement over stock. Car is daily driven and goes to the strip maybe 5 times a year.
Any comments about this shifter are welcome. The adjustable "shift stops" idea seems interesting. Is it easy to calibrate?
Where should I buy it? Is there a site sponsor that stocks them? One site I looked at was Afterthoughts Auto. Any opinions?
Thanks in advance.

b&m shifter is also very very good... the only advantage/disadvantage (depending how u look at it), is that its stock length.. but the throws are AMAZING
i have the b&m shifter. i want to change it out for a pro. don't get me wrong the b&m is great i just like the feel of the pro. and yeah any shifter will be better than stock. i know when i had my stock shift i would punch the radio bezel when i had to shift.
I love my pro 5.0 shifter. Easy install, the shift stops aren't that hard to adjust. I ordered mine from thunder racing and it was at my house in a matter of a couple of days. It made a HUGE difference over stock. The stock shifter knob threads onto it (although i had tossed mine long ago) and if you really wanted, you could buy lou's short stick and make your throw even shorter (which i have yet to do).
