My cousin and I just installed a centerforce clutch. When I take off from a standstill I get this grinding type noise. When I am goin, from 1 to 2, then 2 to 3, so on, its ok. IT just makes this noise from a standstill.

Can you isolate the noise? Where or what it sounds like?
Just grinding after installing a new clutch is very little to go on. It might be a something else that just happened when you did the clutch.

it sounds like it might be the throwout bearing. the clutch grabs with no problem. the throwout bearing come with a piece of paper that says: it may look off, but it is self adjusting with use. I dont know if I should wait, or bring it to a mechanic.
