  • Need serious help with Clutch issues

Yesterday i went into the dealership for a list of problems i have with my car (still under warranty till October) one of them was this weird noise my clutch was making while pressed in. I have had this problem since this dealership replaced my clucth last November. Now, they are trying to say i have been abusing the clutch plate and that is the reason for the noise. So i go in there and talk to them about it and they change there mind to it is the throughout bearing making the noise but i should buy a new clutch "because that one is so abused."

Anyway, i posted the pics of the clutch online and was hoping someone who knows more about it than i do can tell me what they think of this situation.

the clutch/flywheel/pressure plate looks exactly like its supposed to, i dont see any signs of it being "abused"....that one should still last a while, but if you plan on running any sort of sticky tire it would be a good idea to get another cluch, atleast a stiffer pressure plate...my stock clutch on DR's would slip occasionally
