  • Are these worth the trouble....jet performance

ok so as many of you know,im going to build up my car for more hp,but i believe that any car is only as good as its foundation.so im going to build up the suspension and drivetrain first, wich shouldnt take long.
are these good mods for an a4,mostly street driven that will see the track only a few times a year....

all these i saw at amm performance.com

    jet clutch packs
    jet billet power servo
    jet 4th gear servo
    trans go shift kit
    b&m deep trans oil pan

im also considering Yank Torque Thruster 3000 3.0 (265mm, 3000 stall, 3.0 STR) but would rather something similiar from them around 3500 or 3200,is this a good stall?.im going to install 3.42s and the slp take off diff with a ta performance rear end girdle, any pointers would be appreciated, thanks in advance..

    slp/yank 3300 tc

or is this good? 3300 seems like a good stall,i wanted to go higher than 3000 to compliment the above mentioned jet servos and clutch packs, any word on this?

If you need a rebuild then going with better clutch packs, pumps, and servos is a good idea. For the most part everyone with A4 cars usually go

        TransGo Shift Kit
        Corvette Servo
        High Stall Converter

I had my tranny rebuilt with High Energy components because I had to, but I was happy without the extra clutch packs, and "internal" tranny components prior to the rebuild.

thanks for the reply,i was considering these, but only because their easy install without removing the trans.the trans is fine, but i want firm shifts and durability, since im plannig on adding a tc.due to the bad publicity yank has gotten at ls1tech.com ill be going with tci, that and its cheaper....thanks again!
