I was looking for the kit for the auto with the added servo but couldn't find both on our 3 sponser sites So I went to ffpt and they had several other options besides the basic kit. I saw that some of them were for towing and I would not need them, but which one would help me out at the track?
And would I be able to install the kit myself/with friends or should I take it to someone who knows what they are doing? I know next to nothing about transmissions so I am not sure.

You can install both the servo and kit by yourself. I think it even comes with a movie. It's really simple. For a servo, try the 2-4 servo, I got a raptor for $90 and it pretty good.

You should use the $300 you are going to spend on this on something else (LSD, gears, headers, etc). I had the shift kit and corvette servo installed on my car and I can assure you it's not worth the money you spend. No gains whatsoever. I regret it. Just my advice to you.
Good luck on whatever you decide to do.
i also got it and had it installed, labor and parts (servo and solenoids and other stuff) ended up being like 350 but i got a deal on the shift kit 60$ from greenglow...anyway, i WOULD DEFINATELY RECONSIDER!!! the money really isnt worth it... i mean, definate difference in feel and it really jerks you at WOT but man.... almost 400 bucks for a more powerful feeling tranny? nah... dude do yourself a favor and get something else.. TRUST ME!!! and Georghino

I also spent around $ 350.00 (TransGo shift kit, corvette servo, and installation) and like I said in my first post, it isnt' worth the money you spend. Like DarckEcho said, you can feel the jerk at WOT but nothing else. I was really excited about this mod at first, but then I realize it wasn't worth it.
I would really think about this mod before doing it.
Good Luck
