  • SLP/Yank converter any good?

I recently got an slp catalog and noticed they had a 2800 stall made by yank for $350 which i think is a good price. Is there anything i should know before ordering the slp version or perhaps should i go with the try Yank one? Thanks for the input.

btw, i will be running an A4 3800, ignore the sig.

They are probably just some generic ones made for LT1 and LS1 engines. I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be so cheap if they didn't cut corners somewhere.

Found out some interesting info today. We have 9.5" converters from the factory and the slp/yank is a 11.75" so it prolly won't help us any.

On another note i came across a guy that rebuilds our 9.5" converts with better internals, lock up feature, and 2800 stall. The price is $265. If you want i can post his website.
