You are gonna hafta be a little more specific. Did you put a flywheel for a M5 back on, clutch alignment tool used, using a bellhoussing for a V6, pilot bushing warped, etc.?

Make sure you used the alignment tool to be double sure everything is ligned up right. Tha hydraulic line is normally disconnected until after you have "stabbed" the tranny back into the pilot bearing. My best advice, have two people working on it, one pushes up on it (maybe a little up and down), and the other will put more force on the tranny to get it to slide in. My first time stabbing it took me like 30 minutes. It may help to put some all purpose grease or some of your motor oil on the input shaft and pilot bearing. Hope this helps, be patient!

Seems pretty simple but if you did use a clutch alignment tool make sure you took it out. Tried to get a T5 on for about 10 minutes before pullin it and noticing we were missing the clutch alignment tool... it was still in the tranny. Stupid, but **** happens.

No offense, but if you didnt know there was a tool to align the clutch you shouldnt be doing it... You could have potentially destroyed the engine and transmission with an imporperly aligned clutch. Be careful folks!
