Would there be any advantage to running the thicker 80W140 in my new torsen than the 75W90... ?

I would be running full synthetic either way.

one thing i can definitely tell you is that it won't stink any less, hehe. i don't know that there would be a performance advantage, it's much the same as engine oil, thicker weight just means that it won't completely thin out at higher temps.

Yes, I hear the 80W140 is better for racing and high performance applications, but I don't know... Just wondering [img]smile.gif[/img]
