This doesn't happen all the time, maybe 3 times a week. I will start driving and my car kicks really hard when it shifts. I've got an auto matic and keep it in [D] It kicks hard whenever the car shifts up. What do you think the problem is? thanks for the help

if it does it in all gears sounds like it could be a faulty press control solenoid in pcm, i dunno without further diag...ASE Master, L1, X1, C1. Instructor in automotive systems. 99 3800 4L60E with a few mods and a greatful dead sticker on the back window.
