      13.65

      nitto 555R 245/50r16

74k miles on the orig clutch.

14 lbs in the tires, and dump at ~3k after a good burnout

I've only had it slip once at the track, that was w/ 3.23's on my second launch at 3.5k.

          grr....

alright just wondering... my 14.4 run I slipepd the clutch on the 1-2 shift, and have done it a few times in alot of 1-2 shifts...

then recently my last trip out, I was slipping the clutch off the line, I had waay stickier tires, and woudl spin it hard on 1-2, and from 2-3 shift. My launches pissed me off I was dumping it hard but instead of bogging, or going, it woudl slip and go, giving me like 2.2-2.3 60' and it felt like a wussy launch, didn't pulle me back at all... I know it being cold had an affect... and later on the street when its warmed up I bark the tires 1-2 no problem, and the 5th gear start test is fine.

There is only 37k on my car and only 30k on clutch, flywheel, slave cylinder, all delaerhsip replaced.

I dunno. Both ironman24 and I seemed to get alot out of our stock clutches. I believe he ran a 13.2 on a 100 shot on his stock clutch. Which on the dyno was like ~480 ft/lbs of torque.

My clutch pedal was sticking after my last trip to the track. I flushed(as best I could) and bled my clutch hydrolics. And got the pressure back. Probably won't go back to the track until I replace my clutch.

I didn't swap my stock clutch out until last week when I put the Centerforce Dual Friction in, and I had 95,000 miles on it since January 1998. 75,000 of those miles were supercharged and 65,000 of those miles were on the built engine. Had a lot of track runs on the dragstrip, autocross, and road course.

Granted, my clutch was TRASHED, the disc was bald to the rivets, but it held out incredibly well over the years. I'm usually a gentle driver and I'm an experienced manual owner, maybe that's why. I only put major strain on it when I was racing, and I didn't go out dropping the clutch from redline at every light, either.

Stock replacement went 14.3 at 98 on a 2.3. It was a shakedown ... and the focker slipped in the top of 3rd!

I am not so much worried about mileage... but moreso jsut power hitting the flywheel...

Mine slipped on a 14.3 run in second and third. I was so pissed, because the launch was perfect, it was definitely going to be my first 13 second run, and then the clutch decided to slip.

                        Oh well.
