    3.08s to 3.73s

    I am very interested in swapping my stock gears for 3.73's in the near future. I have read many different performance improvement claims, but I was wondering if anyone had before and after results for quarter mile times. All I have is exhaust and K&N FIPK.

    i just had my 3.73's and posi differential installed last wensday. I also had stock 3.08's. I noticed a little bit of a difference from a dead stop but not too much, but then again i havent had my car tuned for the change and i havent ran at the track yet.

      Ok I was in the same situation you were in...I had exhaust, free intake, and gears with LSD in the back....one of the greatest mods ever is the gears. I went from a 15.68 to a 15.2 with the mods listed above. Now if you add tire to that was well and few other mods like headers stuff like that...you will see 14s easily ...my best run is 14.8 with only bolt ons......aka gears included

          door codes it'll say like GU5 or GU6
          2k2 camaro, K&N, SLP whisper lid, Konis, AEM, HP Tuners, Angel eyes/Halos, CF SS ram air hood, 4.10s, Zexel Torsen, UMI SFCs, CrossFire, BFGs, Gatorback, Catco, Flows, and TLC! DONT feed the Trolls!
