Almost all of the gear vendors make them for a 2 series carrier.

    Check www.ftpp.net

Jegs, summitracing should also have them.

For a series 2 carrier, in 3.73 use the thick gear version. Thats it

well 2 series carries dont support 3.73 or any thing with the number three i believe youll need to update your carrier to a 3series

You have to get a 3 series carrier......

And by the way, my 3.08's are 2 series, same with everyone else.

a 2 series carrier off of a t/a or z28 can take any gear. the difference is the thickness of the gears. 2 series gears are thicker than the 3 series. and yes 3.08s are 2 series.

just wondering here.. is this a 2 series carrier off a t/a or z28 or just your stock carrier? i really dont see the point in adding gear if your still on the open diff, youre better of just getting a new lsd.

ya i thought it was a 2-series can take any gear but a 3 series can only take 3 and up gears starting at 3.23. I have been shown how it works 2-series with spacer type things can take upto 4.10. just that a 2-series carrier will go for half the price of a 3-series on ebay
