clutch hard shift

I have a 1994 firebird 5-speed 3.4l I just rebuilt the motor put back in motor runs fine but know its hard to shift the gears.Cluth pedal doesnt seem to be as stiff as it used to be either almost like theres nothing their .The fluid looks okay.What could've happened.

and then when you get done bleeding it ... bleed it again. I have nothing but hydrolic problems out here with Alfa Romeos and what you have is the exact same problem I get out here. Bleed it from every fitting you can find (slave & master). Good Luck.
