it means you need to upgrade a component in your trans

It is associated with heat and will eventually lead to a hard 1-2 shift after warming up then possibly eventually parts burning up!
If you catch it early the tranny is fine you just need a sonnax valve body upgrade it is a common problem with the 4L60E.
