it means you need to upgrade a component in your trans
there is already a thread on this do a search2k2 camaro, K&N, SLP whisper lid, Konis, AEM, HP Tuners, Angel eyes/Halos, CF SS ram air hood, 4.10s, Zexel Torsen, UMI SFCs, CrossFire, BFGs, Gatorback, Catco, Flows, and TLC! DONT feed the Trolls! -

It is associated with heat and will eventually lead to a hard 1-2 shift after warming up then possibly eventually parts burning up!
If you catch it early the tranny is fine you just need a sonnax valve body upgrade it is a common problem with the 4L60E.
