    u think its the trans?
    Absolutely!

The trans fluid was excessively hot, so the PCM commanded the trans pressure regulator to full high pressure to increase the fluid flow through the cooling circuit. The result of this the excessivly hard 1-2 shift that you experienced, and if you listen closely you can hear a little bit of a whinning noise.

The real question is why did the fluid get so hot?

Were you driving the car hard? Doing brake stands? Was it really hot out?

The most common cause of high fluid temps that cause this condition is improper Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) valve operation.

For more info on this please use the search function (ie: search for "hard 1-2 shift" or "TCC problems" or "Sonnax") and you will find all that you need to know.
