tranny vestite problems

there is no way in heck i can get a screwdriver in the starter place to stop the flywheel from turning so I can torque down my harmonic balancer bolt!
there is a plate in the way and the fly doesnt stick out enough

There is a very small bolt and nut that goes on the drivers side (before the oil pan and gear selector cables) its after the bellhousing. What is this bolt?
It just fell right out. I put it back in. It uses a common screwdriver to torque it down

I dont know what that bolt is, but you can access the flywheel, if you can't see the little opening between the starter, you are going to have to do what i did originally.

Pull the starter, its a bit of a PIA having to pull it upside down. Once you pull it the fly will be literally right there.

yes, I have the starter off
the flywheel only barely sticks out enough to reach to the edge of the starter
that black thin plate is in the way
