Ok i have an automatic, and its only an issue when i start off, llike ill be going down the road mayb 10-15mpg, right before it would shift into second, and ill let off the gas and i hear (eeergh) not like real loud, but i cant hear it. idk wut it is, anyone hear tht before. it also happens when i am in park and shift to drive or reverse, i can hear the squeeking which i think is coming from the trans, any suggestions

It looks like you get this noise anytime there is a power transfer.
I'm thinking the transmission mount might be the problem here. Get under the car with a pry bar and try to move the transmission around with the bar.
