tranny mount question

alright well i replaced my tranny mount a couple years back with a poly mount....and i also replaced the shifter with a b&m...now today ive put my stock back in along with my stock shifter...the problem is that since i did that i cant shift into second, fourth and reverse because they all hit my console when full in gear...y does this do it now? i didnt have this problem when it was stock but it does 2 years later when i change it back

i think i may have found the problem...when i put the tranny mount back in i used the mount that had came on the tranny since this is the second tranny in it...and i took the poly mount that i got and matched it up to the original mount that i had on the car and the poly mount is shorter by a inch...i think that could have somethin to do with my problem
